LT Makerlab

The LT Makerlab is a lab filled with amazing equipment that helps bring digital art and design to life. Housed in Lane Tech High School, the lab contains multiple laser cutters, which can precisely cut pretty much any material using a laser, 3D printers, that can print both complex sculptures and innovative parts, Cutting machines (Silhouette Cameos) that can precisely cut paper and vinyl for stickers and heat transfer designs, and so much more! This class offers a unique opportunity to machines that are cutting edge and most teens don't have the access to. I took this class to help me bridge my creative side with innovative tech!
